✧ By commissioning any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agreed with the following terms. ✧• GENERAL •1. / All rights to the finished product and other materials produced during the process (sketches, time lapses etc.) remain with the artist.Therefore, all of those materials might be used by the artist for: self-promotion, posting on social media, etc.*

Using my art as a reference is allowed within reasonable limits.•PAYMENT•1. / 100% upfront via Hipolink or EasyStaff.
Payment plans for orders above 100 USD are allowed.2. / All initial payments are due within 7 days once commission was accepted, unless there are other agreements.
If payment is not sent within agreed period and delays were not communicated prior - commission will be cancelled.3. / Commission cannot be refunded once payment has been sent to the artist.However, it's possible to change the character / type of commission, if progress for current one is no further than a draft.4. / If payment has not been sent yet, client may cancel their commission within 7 days since it was accepted.•DEADLINES & WORKFLOW•Order and deadlines for all commissions can be found on my ✧ Trello ✧.
In case deadline needs to be extended - you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, please mention that in your inquiry.✧✧✧Process is usually divided into 3 main stages:
✧ sketch → line art and color/shading draft → finished artwork ✧
Additional wips can be requested by client at any time.Time between receiving first sketch and finished artwork is around 2 to 4 weeks for sketches and 4 to 6 weeks for full illustrations/reference sheets.
Those are estimate deadlines that will depend on complexity and current workload.✧✧✧Finished artworks will be delivered via google album link in .png format,
not including work files (.psd, .csp).
All original files are stored in client's personal google album
provided by the artist and can be accessed at any time.
DPs will be delivered in .gif and .png format via Discord DMs.•REVISIONS•Maximum 2 rounds of revisions on the sketch stage and 1 round of revisions
on the line art and color stage are free of charge.
Anything I've missed from given information - will be fixed for free as well.
Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.✧✧✧• Please make sure to give proper references with all details/traits visible
and request revisions on early stages if possible ••RESELLING•1. / Adopts may be resold with my permisson. If you wish to resell a character designed by me, please contact directly via ToyHouse or Discord.2. / DPs should only be resold within our Discord server.
Retext fee should be paid by new owner.3. / Upselling is prohibited, unless any additional value added to the character. Resell price may not exceed original price + any additional purchased art.
Gifts and giveaway pieces cannot be resold/added to the value.• Keep in mind, that violation of resell rules will lead to permanent ban from my services as well as our Discord server. ••COMMERCIAL USAGE•Commercial use should be mentioned in your inquiry, if needed.
