✧ By commissioning any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree with the following terms. ✧Breaking these rules can lead to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from services and our discord community.• THE ARTIST •1. / All the rights to the finished product and other materials produced during the process (sketches, time lapses etc.) shall remain with the artist.Therefore, all of those materials might be used by the artist for: self-promotion, posting on social media, etc.*
^{* (Does not apply to private and commercial commissions)}2. /Artist has the right to decline any commission request without further explanation. Please note, that commissions are not FCFS, unless stated otherwise in the announcement.3. / ToS might be changed by the artist at any time.
New rules won't influence orders started on older terms.• THE CLIENT•1. / Clients are allowed to use their commissioned art in non-profit ways (e.g.: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, posting on social media with a credit to the artist).2. / Reselling or making profit from the commission in any other ways without artist's permission is prohibited.3. / Any part of any of my artworks should not be used for: non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, AI image generators, tracing etc.•PAYMENT•1. / 100% upfront via Hipolink or EasyStaff.
Payment plans for orders above 100 USD are allowed.2. / All initial payments are due within 7 days once commission was accepted, unless there are other agreements.
If payment is not sent within agreed period and delays were not communicated prior - commission will be cancelled.•REFUND POLICY•1. / Commission cannot be refunded once payment has been sent to the artist.However, it's possible to change the character / type of commission or keep the payment as a deposit for the future commissions, if artist haven't started working on the current one yet.2. / If payment has not been sent yet, client has the right to cancel their commission anytime.•DEADLINES & WORKFLOW•I will work following the order and deadlines stated on my Tello.
If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will tell you as soon as possible.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, please mention that in your
Commission Form.
___Process is usually divided into 3 main stages: sketch → line art and color/shading draft → finished artwork.
Time between receiving the sketch and finished artwork is around 2 to 4 weeks, depends on the type, complexity and general workload.Finished artwork will be delivered via email or google album link in .png format,
not including the work files (.psd, .csp).•REVISIONS•Maximum 2 rounds of revisions on the sketch stage and 1 round of revisions
on the line art and color stage are free of charge.
Anything I've missed from given information - will be fixed for free as well.
Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.///• Please make sure to give proper references where all details/traits are visible. •
If artist were not given proper references and none of the revisions were requested throughout the process - extra fee will be charged for any changes to the finished artwork.•COMMERCIAL USAGE•Commercial use fee should be paid for any commissioned art that is intended to be used for commercial/profitable purposes.
