By commissioning any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree with the following terms• THE ARTIST •1.1. / All the rights to the finished product and other materials produced during the process (sketches, time lapses etc.) shall remain with the artist.1.2.* / Artist is allowed to use all those materials for: self-promotion, posting on social media, including in the portfolio as samples etc.
* (Does not applies to private commissions)2. /The artist has the right to decline any commission request
without further explanation.3. / ToS might be changed by the artist at any time.
The new rules won't influence orders started on older terms.• THE CLIENT•1. / The client is allowed to use commissioned art in the following ways: gift, wallpaper, personal prints and posting on social media with a credit to the artist (@ or website link).2. / Editing*, tracing, reselling or making profit from the commission without artist's permission is prohibited.
*(Resizing the artwork to post online/use as pfp is the only exception)3. / Any part of the commission should not be used for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, AI image generators etc.•PAYMENT•1. / 100% upfront via Hipolink (direct payment link) or EasyStaff (invoice).
Payment plans for orders above 100 USD are allowed.2. / All initial payments are due within 7 days once commission was accepted, unless there are other agreements.
If payment is not sent within agreed period - commission will be cancelled.•REFUND POLICY•1. / Commission can not be refunded once payment has been sent to the artist.1.2. / However, it's possible to change the character / type of commission or keep the payment as a deposit for the future commission, if artist haven't started working on the current one yet.2. / If payment has not been sent yet, client has the right to cancel their commission anytime.•DEADLINES & WORKFLOW•I will work following the order and deadlines on the Commission List.
If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will tell you as soon as possible.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, please note that in your Commission Form.
___Process is usually divided into 3 main stages: sketch → line art and color/shading draft → finished artwork.
Time between receiving the sketch and finished artwork is around 1 to 4 weeks, depends on the type and complexity.The finished artwork will be delivered via email or google drive link in .png format,
not including the working files (.psd, .csp).•REVISIONS•Maximum of 2 rounds of revisions on the sketch stage and 1 round of revisions on the line art and color stage are free of charge. Anything I've missed from the given information and references will be changed for free as well.
Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.•COMMERCIAL USAGE•Commercial use fee should be paid for any commissioned art that is intended to be used for commercial purposes.
